All of these pictures and logos are the tools which i selected to do my E-wallpaper. Step 1
I used the magic wand tool (w) to highlight the board " Faculty of Management". Step 2
Then I moved the highlight word " Faculty Of Management" to other picture and move out this word. Step 3
After that I used the layer style to adjust, distance=8px, spread=8% and size=5px. The opacity is 100%. Then, I clicked the "drop window". Step 4
Then, I choose this picture and move the middle part using feather=15px and style=normal. Then make sure click the show transform control. Step 5
Now, I click the "filter" and choose motion blur under "blur", the distance is 10 pixels and click preview then click "ok". Step 6
In this picture, I used " Elliptical marquee tools" choose "circle" and the feather choose 15 px. And highlight the place that I need and move. Step 7
Same with just now, I click the "Filter" and choose motion blur under "blur", the distance is 10 pixels and click preview then click 'ok'. Step 8
I used "Elliptical marquee tool' again, choose circle and the feather choose 15 px. And highlight the place that I need and move. Step 9
Then, I place it and adjusted the size. Step 10
Then, I adjusted the logo using "Elliptical marquee tool" choose "circle" and the feather choose 15 px. And highlight the place that I need and move. Step 11
Then, I place this picture in the wallpaper as well as adjusted it. Step 12
Again, I used ' Elliptical marquee tool" choose "circle" and the feather choose 15px. And highlight the place that I need in Multimedia University Logo and move. Step 13
Then, I place the Multimedia University Logo to the wallpaper. In this cases, because the logo was dark and small so I copy one more and two times in the same place. It will make the logo more clearly. Step 14
Again, in this situation because the logo was dark and too small so I copy one more and put two times. It will make the logo more clearly and readable. Step 15
Again the logo was dark and small so I copy two times. Step 16

Next, I type the sentences " FOM Open Day March 21, 2012" and adjust the colour using "Gradient tool". Also I adjust the size font and shape as well. Step 19
Finally, I using the " drop show" and adjust my shape and done the wallpaper. A completed E-Wallpaper
